Cancellation & Amendment Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Please review the following policy carefully before confirming your booking.
All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Changes or cancellations are only valid once you receive written confirmation from us.
General Conditions
- All cancellations and amendments are subject to the terms below, depending on the time between your request and your scheduled check-in date.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Peak Periods & Special Events
Different cancellation terms may apply during public holidays, long weekends, or peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, New Year, school holidays, major events). These will be stated at the time of booking.
Non-Arrival (No-Show)
If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior written notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will apply.
Alterations by 360Stayz
In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances (e.g. property damage, emergency repairs, or natural disasters) prevent us from honouring your booking, we will:
- Offer an alternative property of similar standard where available; or
- Provide a full refund of all monies paid.
We will not be liable for any external costs such as flights, travel insurance, or other third-party expenses.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may affect their booking, including illness, flight cancellations, or emergencies.
